The Society of Illustrators have awarded Johanna Velasco a Certificate of Merit for artwork done for gallery work in 2009. The Society of Illustrators – LA is a professional society based in Los Angeles, founded in 1953. The mission of the Society is to promote the art and appreciation of illustration, as well as its history and evolving nature, and to encourage high ideals through exhibitions, lectures, and education.


KidRobot just realeased their 2010 Spring Lookbook. The new collection was shot by photographer & graffiti artist Tilt when he traveled to Manila.


Jeremy was born in Ormoc City, Philippines in 1986. He moved to the United States at the age of four. In 2008, he received his BFA in illustration at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. Currently, he resides in Baltimore City as a freelance illustrator and concept artist at Big Huge Games/38 Studios.


Nasser Lubay is a talented self taught contemporary artist based in Candelaria, Quezon, Philippines. He recently bagged second place honors in the painting category at the prestigious Celeste Prize 2009 in Berlin with his work called Rebirth. The Celeste Prize is an international art competition for contemporary artists which was held at the Alte AEG Fabrik in Berlin.
