When uploading images, it’s better if you set the max image width at the Settings>Media section in the Dashboard to 410px.

How to install the Ulap Theme
1. Download the theme archive and extract the files.
2. Using an FTP client to access your host web server, upload the folder ulap to wp-content/themes/
3. Select the new theme in your Dashboard
4. There is a plugin folder. Upload the contents to wp-content/plugin

New on V1.0.1.
1. Added the threaded comments plugin Wordpress Thread Comment
2. Included in the wp-thread-comment folder are css_replace.txt and html_replace.txt. Copy paste the content to the Settings page of WP Thread Comment in your admin.

The Ulap Theme

Ulap is the theme used over at the Filipino Design & Creativity Blog: Plus63.net. Ulap is"cloud" in Filipino, it's a fitting name for a theme that believes content is king. Whites, light greys and blacks are the main swatches of the theme - a take on Cirrus, Cumulus and Nimbus clouds. The basic blue for the links represents the sky. The theme was created by Val Villar & Dan Matutina, with an Attribution Creative Commons License.
